Siena Computer Club
Meeting April 2, 2008
The
Computer Club Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM.
The
Minutes of prior meeting were approved.
The last
Mac meeting included a presentation of PhotoShop, Elements 6 and photo editing.
Valley of
Fire was the latest field trip and it was a huge success. There were 10 people
and all had a great time enjoying the views, the weather and taking great
pictures.. Next trip will probably be in May, which will be the last trip prior
to summer break.
Eighteen
photo submissions were received for the Photo contest. Awards for the winners
were announced. The deadline for the next contest photo contest is May 23rd.
It was agreed for pictures to be accepted for the contest, they must have been
taken no later than within the last three years.

Creating a Music CD
Intro to Web Site design
General
consensus was taken to agree that if an individual signs up for class, pays for
it and does not show up, the computer club will retain the monies.
Presentation: 24/7 Safety Deposit box vaults. Private vaults open from Eye
iris recognition, completely private safety box. Purchase boxes by the year,
all cash transactions.
The next
Excel course will be expanded to include how to import address book names and
addresses to print labels.
